I am passionate about improving sleep and well-being and I am committed to ongoing professional development.  I am a registered psychologist with AHPRA (the national governing body) living and working in the Illawarra.

As a sleep psychologist, I can help people manage the thoughts, feelings and emotions that can interfere with a healthy night’s sleep.  Sleep can be one of the first things to be affected when an individual is worried about something or has a major life transition. 

I take an interdisciplinary approach and work closely with other medical professionals to address the concerns that can co-occur with sleep disorders.

Medicare & Health Fund Rebates available

The Federal Government offers a Medicare rebate for psychological services under the auspices of a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP). 

With this program, you are able to claim a rebate ($93.35 per session) for psychological services if a GP, Psychiatrist or Paediatrician has provided a referral letter plus a MHCP.

Some private health funds provide rebates for psychology services.

Treatments available for behavioural sleep problems in children, insomnia, sleep related anxiety, circadian rhythm disorders and narcolepsy.
